About this policy
Solutions BoDuo Inc (“BoDuo”, “we”) operates the boduo.ca website. We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, as modernized (“Law 25”), and other applicable laws in Quebec and Canada.
This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it, how long we keep it and what your rights are.
Information we collect
We do not collect any payment data, biometric data or sensitive information.
- Contact form: name, email, company (optional), trade or sector, and the content of your message.
- Request metadata: language, originating page and consent.
- Audience measurement: browsing data via Google Analytics 4 (pages viewed, device type, approximate region), collected using cookies.
How we use it
- Respond to your requests and communicate with you;
- Establish and manage the business relationship;
- Improve the website and measure its traffic;
- Meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
Consent
You provide your information voluntarily when you submit the contact form, after confirming your consent. You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@boduo.ca; withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing already carried out.
Retention
We keep correspondence for the time needed to handle your request, then for a maximum of 24 months, unless the law requires a longer period. Audience measurement data is retained per Google Analytics default settings (14 months).
Sharing and vendors
Your information is never sold or shared for advertising purposes. We use a limited number of vendors:
Some of these vendors may process information outside Quebec. In such cases, the transfer is governed by their contractual data-protection commitments, in accordance with Law 25.
- Hosting and cloud: our servers and infrastructure providers (Canada or United States);
- Audience measurement: Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC);
- Email: delivery of your messages to our team over encrypted transit (TLS).

Your rights
Law 25 grants you the following rights:
- Access your personal information;
- Request rectification if it is inaccurate or incomplete;
- Request deletion, subject to our legal obligations;
- Withdraw your consent;
- Receive your information in a structured, commonly used format (portability);
- File a complaint with us or with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI).
Confidentiality incidents
If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious harm, we will notify the CAI and the individuals concerned, and take the necessary steps to limit the impact, in accordance with the Act.
